REQUIREMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS |

If you are an individual investor, at a minimum fund managers will wish to verify your full name and date of birth. You will need to give them one document from column [1] or one document from each of columns [2] and [3]:

Remember, do not send original documents (this even applies to a telecom or electricity bill, as fund managers do not send these documents back to you). They require a photocopy and this needs to be certified to be correct. There is a whole range of persons who may certify your documents - see examples in the list below:
