the prompts until you come to
the Investment Order Form.

Look through the funds that
are listed on the order form
and select your investments
by clicking in the checkbox
next to the prospectus that
contains the fund you want:

Some prospectuses can be downloaded in PDF format,
but other will have to be sent to you in hardcopy, through the post.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to download the
PDF prospectuses. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, click here to download it:

You can click View Cart at any time to see how many prospectuses you have ordered.
Please note that there is
a limit of 4 mailed prospectuses
per order (there is no limit
for downloaded prospectuses).

As the only income Investment Warehouse
receives is a small trailing commission
of approximately 0.03% per month once
investments have been placed, it is
not cost effective for us to dispatch
more than 4 prospectuses free of charge
to our customers. However we are happy
to provide any number of prospectuses
subject to a postage and handling
charge of $5 plus GST per prospectus
for the fifth and subsequent prospectuses.
If you require additional prospectuses,
please make your cheque payble to

What Happens Next
|

We will immediately send you
the prospectuses that you have
requested to be mailed to you.
|
|
2.
|
If you downloaded any prospectuses,
print the appropriate application
form pages.
|
|
3.
|
You must complete the appropriate
application form and draw your
cheque as instructed in the
prospectus.
|
|
4.
|
Do not alter our stamp in any
way, otherwise you may not receive
your rebate of commission.
|
|
5.
|
Return your completed application
form and cheque directly to
the appropriate financial institution
as per the address in the prospectus.
|
|
6.
|
The financial institution will
process your investment.
|
|
7.
|
You will receive acknowledgment
of your investment from the
financial institution within
30 days, but usually within
7 days.
|
|
8.
|
If you have any problems in
regard to your investment please
contact the client services
section of the financial institution
that you placed your investment
with. Please do not contact
us.
